Just before handover, the Site Supervisor will contact you to make an appointment for the final inspection of your new home. You will be required to make your final payment, including any variations and provisional sums that need to be adjusted. Once received, the keys to your new dream home will be handed to you. What is the building process like?
When knocking down and rebuilding, construction will begin after demolition; when building a new house, work will start 14 days following the contract's signing. Experienced Site Managers will oversee this stage of your project.
Who do we work with during building construction and design?
You'll deal with just one designer for the duration of the project to ensure a smooth, communicative process. During the construction process, you'll have a pair of highly experienced Site Managers on standby who will keep in touch with you at all times.
How long does building a house take?
Every project is different, and no two are the same. A dedicated team of designers, site managers, and drafters will be on-site, making continual inspections to guarantee that your house is built correctly.
How much will the construction of my home cost?
