Bathroom Renovation + Extension
Architecturally designed open plan bathroom with a private courtyard. Openable on all three walls facing a garden for a sanctuary getaway atmosphere, can be completely closed for privacy. Warm selected paint colours along with timber are used to reiterate the tropical feeling of being tucked away from the bustling urban streets of Sydney.
The small extension gives away a dramatic impact to a day-to-day lifestyle. A well organised and designed space not only provides a differ lifestyle but also works to accommodate a lifestyle without having the need to travel elsewhere.
Four bedroom, two bathroom single storey brick home for the Linden family. The home accommodates an open plan lifestyle where the study can be fully opened and used as a common area with the lounge, dinning and kitchen areas. The house was customised to accommodate the changing lifestyle with the family members.

Terrace House Extension
The homeowner wanted to extend the footprint and transform their home into a light and airy living space for the modern day living, create an open plan that provided for their growing family and a complete renovation for the internal spaces ensuring that light can be penetrated through every room.
Given the nature of narrow terrace houses, a small pathway on one edge was created to maximize the light and airy living that the client requested for.
Steering away from the rubber stamp homes, this unique completely customised single storey concrete home shelters all the need for the typical everyday lifestyle. Architecturally designed to incorporate an urban yet sophisticated and contemporary feel.
The home delivers uncluttered modern lines, with fitted kitchen, one of its three bedrooms has an ensuite, there are hardwood floors and some well-chosen wallpapers, a large living room off the kitchen/diner faces a large rear deck and barbecue area.
A refreshed home by adding additional rooms to the rear. Although simple but the design incorporates passive design principles – less heating and cooling to keep it at a comfortable temperature all year round. The design for passive solar protects the home from summer sun and promotes the escape of heat, while letting the sun in during winter and helping ensure that heat is retained.
